'We Dance Through Storms' tells the story of the zodiac moth - a small but beautiful iridescent moth that dances through the sky during the daytime in Far North Queensland, on Australia's northeast coast. Even though they look delicate and fragile, these tiny moths dance through the dramatic tropical storms that deluge the region, spinning through lightning and torrential rain.

This small, museum-grade painting is gemlike in appearance. It is made using an ancient technique of burning pigments, beeswax and hardeners into a wooden panel to create an ethereal surface that is reflective and tactile. It is best left unframed because the unique edge is part of the artwork.

The back is prepped with picture hardware, ready to hang.
